For our last day in Athens, we visited the National Archaeological
Museum, also due to bad weather, it rained almost the entire day.
We were lucky because you could visit it for free, but the
downfall of it was huge crowd of people, which was not so nice.
While visiting we discussed that if you could take anything
from the museum what would you take, I decided that I would either take the hedgehog
(first photo of this post) or the piggy bank (second photo in this post).
We've also seen interesting vases,
phallus shaped spoon and ladle,
an octopus pained vase,
some Egyptian monkeys,
a lot of jewelries and many more.
The museum is really big, we kind of got bored after a while
and just passed different rooms in search of interesting pieces instead of stopping
and looking at all the statues, or vases.
One of the statues caught my attention, my imagined dialogue
goes like this:
The lady: If you dare touching me, I’m going to slap you
with my slipper.
