The first trip of the year was to Kesselfallklamm . The winter was not that harsh, and even though there was a bit of snow in the city, it did not last long. I would have liked a more winter like wonderland but at the time we decided to visit Kesselfallklamm most of the snow was already gone. The day was beautiful, sunny and not very cold. The best part of the hike was that nobody else was in the gorge at that time, everything was quiet and felt somehow peaceful. The water ice forms were mesmerizing, especially the ice fractals. We were hoping to see some wild animals, but had no luck, maybe next time.
